In just under the wire.
I saw the movie, but have never read the book. But this is what came to me when I thought about it. My execution wasn't where I would like it to be, as I just kept noodling with the piece since I really don't know what I'm doing with ink and brush. But it's still fun to play around with, and brings me back to being a kid when it didn't matter how it came out -- only that you had fun doing it.
